Di akhir cerita Eternal Sonata,Frederic Francois Chopin akhirnya meninggal dunia tepat pukul 02.00 pagi. Arwah Frederic keluar dari tubuhnya ,dan berjalan menuju piano-nya yang terletak tidak jauh dari tempat tidurnya. Frederic menyentuh pianonya,kemudian memainkannya untuk terakhir kalinya ,Lagu Heaven's Mirror.
